Tips on getting the photos YOU want

Posted by:trisha on Oct - 13 - 2011 - Filed under: blog -

I know, it’s overwhelming. Sometimes you don’t even know where to begin or you have so many ideas running through your head you lose sight of what’s important. Of course you want to look good, that’s a given. Think about this: do you want formal shots of your wedding party or are you more drawn to a photojournalistic style? Do you find posed shots cheesy or do you want traditional shots of everyone on both sides of the family? Do you want bride and groom shots done elsewhere such as a park? Anything can be done and when you know what you want, you’re more likely to get it. Do a Google image search on wedding photography and save pictures you like. After looking at the images, you’ll have a better idea of what it is you’re after. When you meet with your potential photographer you’ll have a clear idea and visual samples.
